President Clinton Birthplace Home NHS Celebrates Black History Month -Featuring Doris L. Pryor

Join President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site and the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope / Texarkana and celebrate Black History Month. This is an awesome time to for us to recall the stories and leaders from Hope. We honor the untold and underrepresented narratives of our American story, and through the work of the National Park Service we help ensure that these stories continue to be passed on faithfully, completely, and accurately. Our keynote speaker for this year is a native of Hope, AR, the National Security Unit Chief for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Doris L. Pryor.
Doris L. Pryor, serves as the National Security Unit Chief for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana and is responsible for prosecuting domestic and international terrorism, cyber-threat cases, export violations, white collar fraud, trade secret violations, drug and violent crime that occur within the Southern District of Indiana. Since joining the United States Department of Justice, National Security Chief Pryor has represented the United States of America in criminal cases at both the trial and appellate level, including numerous arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. While achieving professional success, AUSA Pryor has demonstrated leadership, creativity, and social responsibility while serving as the Reentry and Prevention Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, member of the United States Magistrate Judge Merit Selection and Reappointment Panel, participate of United States Southern District of Indiana Local Rules Advisory Committee, Barrister with the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Inn of Courts and Chair of the United States Attorney’s Office Student Internship Selection Committee.
