A two vehicle accident occurred at 4:25 p.m. in the 900 block of N. Hervey.

A two vehicle accident occurred at 9:51 a.m. in the 100 block of N. Hervey.

ARRESTS

11/26

Trudy Jennings, 41, of Prescott, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. in the 2400 block of N. Hervey and charged with theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Easter, 27, and Lashay Purifoy 24, both of Hope, were arrested at 8:52 p.m. in the 500 block of N. Hervey. Easter was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license and served with a foreign warrant along with warrants for failure to appear and failure to comply. Purifoy was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Ricky Henry, 46, of Fulton, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. in the 400 block of W. 2nd and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a weapon, driving on a suspended license, failure to dim high beams and served with a failure to appear warrant.

Denyell Murphy, 42, of Hope, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. in the 1600 block of W. 5th and charged with assault on a family or household member in the third degree.

Luther Stuart, 63, of Hope, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. at Valero and charged with driving while intoxicated and improper lane change.

James Lumpkin, 80, of Hope, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. at Fred’s and charged with harassment.

Brianna Jones, 25, and Harold Latin, 58, both of Emmet, were arrested at 8:43 p.m. in the 2200 block of E. 3rd. Jones was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and driving on a suspended license. Latin was charged with drinking on the highway and served with a foreign warrant and a warrant for failure to appear.

Monique Aragon, 36, and Jarron Williams, 41, both of Hope, were arrested at 12:39 p.m. in the 800 block of S. Washington. Aragon was charged with driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license and third degree domestic battery, Williams was charged with first degree battery.

Victor Lytle, 24, and Vance Lytle, 20, both of Steubenville, OH, were arrested at 12:13 p.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with theft of property.

A 15-year-old Hope boy was charged with third degree domestic battery at 6:34 p.m. in the 500 block of N. Elm.

OTHER

Exie Trammell, 37, and Maurice Trammell, 44, both of Hope, were charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property from the robbery at Terry Powell Grocery at 9”21 a.m. on Jan. 11.
