Mrs. Trula Zumwalt, age 86 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, August 31, 2018 in a local nursing home.  She was born in Blevins, Arkansas on September 15, 1931 to Nathan and Olivia Margaret Ross Norvell.  Mrs. Zumwalt was a home maker and a member of the Central Baptist Church of Prescott. She enjoyed cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family, her friends and anyone who know her. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 42 years of marriage, W.R. “Red” Zumwalt, an infant sister, a grandchild, William Wayne Zumwalt, and a great grandchild, Sydney Zumwalt.

Mrs. Zumwalt is survived by two sons: Robert “Bob” Zumwalt and wife Nancy of Prescott and Kenneth Wayne Zumwalt and wife Retta of Belle Vista, Arkansas, a daughter; Mary Beth Zumwalt Harmon and husband, Dr. Mike Harmon of Allen, TX, six grandchildren: Mance Harmon, wife Stephanie, Mannon Harmon, wife Kerri, Charlie Zumwalt, wife Christi, Menea Zumwalt Perez, husband Jose, Kenneth Zumwalt, Jr. and Meagan Zumwalt Green, husband Lee and 12 great-grandchildren other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial be made to the Central Baptist Church Chest of Joash Fund 615 E 2^nd St. South Prescott, AR  71857.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home 1196 Hwy. 371 West Prescott, AR.
