First Night of Hope Lions Auction A Success

The first night of the 72nd Annual Hope Lions Club Christmas Auction was a big success with a good crowd and plenty of items to sell.  After the National Anthem from Lion Bobby Loe and the presentation of the colors by the Hope High ROTC students, Lion Harold Freeman led the opening prayer and opened up the bidding.  He was followed by Lion Ken Shafer, Don Worthy,and Don  Honea.

The auction is being carried live on KHOA radio and streamed live at myhope1079.com.  The auction continues Friday and Saturday starting at 6om.at the Fair Park Coliseum.
