Volunteers kept hopping at community feed

PRESCOTT  – Almost 100 burgers were sent out in the first 30 minutes of Saturday’s community feed.

The monthly feed is sponsored by Curry’s Community Outreach Center the third Saturday of each month. Saturday was burger day with volunteers kept busy taking them to those who couldn’t make it to the center. Others showed up to get their burgers. Each bag contained a hamburger with the fixings, chips and a dessert. The crews worked nonstop to keep up with the demand, while members of the Prescott Police Department pitched in to help cook
