Grace Truager Speaks To Hope Civitan Club

Grace Trauger, 16, a Hope High School and UAHT Collegiate Academy student, recently presented a slide show to the Hope Civitan Club, relating her experience of traveling to Sidney, Australia in July.  Grace raised money to travel to Australia to play softball with America’s Team at the Down Under Games, and the Civitan Club was one of her sponsors.   The slide pictured shows Grace and her teammates.  The trip included many cultural and entertaining activities — including up-close experience with kangaroos and learning to surf — as well as the athletic adventure of being in the softball tournament.  Grace expressed her appreciation to all who helped her as she presented an entertaining recap of her trip through her photos.
