Howard Wayne Fleming, age 77, of Waterloo, Arkansas passed away on April 23, 2026, surrounded by family.
Mr. Fleming was born on March 2, 1949, in Watertown, New York to his parents. He was a member of Bodcaw Baptist Church #2.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, and sisters.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Susie Fleming; five sons, Jay Johnson, Patrick Fleming, Christopher Fleming, Billy Fleming, Michael Fleming; three daughters, Vicky Fleming, Ashley Fleming, Jessica Fleming; 22 grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
