FULTON – On May 28, 2026, Deputy B. Schroader received a call from police dispatcher regarding a breaking or entering located at 5299 Highway 67 West, also referred to as Red River Truck Stop, in Fulton, Hempstead County, Arkansas.
Hempstead County Deputies began an investigation and was able to obtain a warrant for Commercial Burglary for 37-year-old Candy Collier of Fulton who was arrested on the warrant by Deputy Brody Pennington. Collier is being held at the HCDF in Hope pending a first court appearance.
Deputies were able to return several items taken in the burglary.
