HOPE – On Monday, June 1st, 2026, at 7:26am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Candy
Collier, 37 of Fulton, AR in the 100 block of South Main Street. Ms. Collier was charged with
Criminal Mischief 1st Degree (felony) and transported to the Hempstead County Detention
Facility to be held pending a first court appearance.
On Friday, June 5th, 2026, at 3:20am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
McKinsey Davis Jr, 24 of Hope, AR in the 1800 block of Holiday Drive. Mr. Davis was charged
with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree (felony) and transported to the Hempstead County Detention
Facility to be held pending a first court appearance.
On Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, US Marshals arrested Lance Brewer, 33 of Hope, AR in Texarkana,
TX for a warrant issued from the Hope Police Department and 8th North Circuit Court for the
offense of Rape. On Friday, June 5th, 2026, Brewer was extradited to the Hempstead County
Detention Facility where he was held pending a first court appearance.
