MALVERN – Recently seven Hempstead County 4-Hers competed in the Ouachita District 4-H O-Rama. Those winning 1st place were Scarlett Smith – Performing Arts Dance JR, Paisley Reed – Fashion Revue Purchased JR, and Emma Johnson – Public Speaking JR. Also competing were Melody Martinez – BB & Gun Safety SR, Aftyn Rowe – Horticulture SR, Adam Hammond – Poultry Skill-a-thon JR, and Hayden Hammond – Poultry Skill-a-thon JR.
