The Prescott Rotary Club recently had a program from Charlie Scoggins and Eddie Thomas of UAHT. Scoggins and Thomas are welding instructors at the college. They gave a program on the different types of welding taught at UAHT. Thomas was one of the first students in the program.
The Prescott Rotary Club has a long history with the welding program at UAHT. The college welding students build a grill each year for the Prescott Rotary. The club holds a raffle for the grill and funds raised go towards scholarships for Prescott seniors.
The club greatly enjoyed the program on welding at UAHT.
