The Prescott Farmer’s Market started at the beginning of June with new vendors and a lot of excitement. The Chamber of Commerce celebrated two new vendors, a brother and sister who brought their creative ideas (fish bait and flowers) to the market. The Market meets every Friday from 8 AM until sold out. Items for sale have included tomatoes, fresh flowers, cucumbers, squash, peppers, okra, breads and other baked goods, bath salts, jams and fried pies as well as red, orange and yellow melons.
