Wednesday (7-30) around 2pm, Fair Hills Volunteer Fire Department responded alongside Nevada County Fire & Rescue to multiple grass fires around the I-30 43 mile marker. Cause of the fire was determined to be a set of dual wheels and hub assembly that detached from a trailer traveling east bound.
