Scheduled System Upgrade Notice
HWL will be performing a required system upgrade beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30. The upgrade is expected to last approximately 7 hours.
During this time, electric meters will not automatically report outages. If you experience a power outage, please report it through the SmartHub app or by calling 870-777-3000.
