WASHINGTON D.C. – During the last week of July this summer, members of American Heritage Girls TX-2289 and Trail Life USA TX-2289 troops took a trip to see of some of the different sites of Washington, D.C. as part of the America 250 celebration. Attendees enjoyed visiting the U.S. Capitol building, George Washington’s Mount Vernon, and many other sites in our nation’s capital.
American Heritage Girls and Trail Life USA are the premier Christ-centered character, leadership, and adventure organizations for girls and boys (K-12), serving 60,000+ members in 50 states.
To learn more about American Heritage Girls and Trail Life USA, come to a special orientation of the program on Monday, September 14 at 6pm at Westside Church of Christ in Texarkana, Texas. All are welcome.
