Micheal (Mike) Lynn Bobo, age 71, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home on October 9, 2026, surrounded by family.
Mike was born on January 4, 1955, in Springhill, Arkansas, to Coy and Catherine Russell Bobo.
Mike had a lifelong love for the open road. He began his trucking career behind the wheel of a feed truck before moving on to long-haul trucking, where he traveled to all 48 continental states. After countless miles and years spent on the road, Mike decided it was time to stay a little closer to home and the people he loved. Fittingly, he brought his trucking career full circle, retiring from the same kind of work where it all began—driving a feed truck.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one brother; and two sisters.
Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Larry Bobo, his children, Charlie Bobo (Kerri), Melissa Bobo Martin (Jimmy), Ronnie Jackson (Michael Jones), Sevina Stockton (Dakota), Peggy Cantrell, and Dale Dikeman (Kristy); 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Melissa wants to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ronnie Jackson, his son, and Mike Jones, daddy’s best friend, for the phenomenal care and love shown to daddy during his final months of life.
The family will hold a private service.
