Mr. Walter “Walt” Doege Sr. age 89 of Emmet, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday April 15, 2026, at his home. Walt was born on June 13, 1936, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was a maintenance technician on x-ray machines and a member of Rafter J Cowboy Church. Walt’s favorite hobby was his passion for collecting guns. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brother, and one sister.
Survivors include, wife, Lynn Doege, daughter, Ginger Metcalf, son Walt Doege Jr., three grandchildren, three great- grandchildren and a host of friends.
No visitation is scheduled.
