
HOPE — Hope Public Schools is proud to announce that 16 students from Hope High School have earned the Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy for Spring 2026, demonstrating proficiency in English and Spanish.
The Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy recognizes high school students who have attained proficiency in two or more languages, a distinction that is valued by colleges and employers nationwide. The program encourages students to develop multilingual skills and celebrates the cultural and academic strengths of Arkansas students.

All students earned the Seal in Spanish, demonstrating high levels of literacy in both languages.
Statewide, 1,450 students across 90 schools and 37 languages earned the Seal this spring, highlighting the growing importance of multilingual education in Arkansas.
Superintendent Dr. Jonathan Crossley and the Hope Public Schools community commend these students for their hard work, dedication, and academic excellence.
The Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy is endorsed by the Arkansas Department of Education and provides students with a recognized credential that supports college admission and career opportunities.
