The members of First Baptist Church Prescott would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the
men and women of the Prescott Fire Department for their service, dedication, and commitment
to keeping our community safe.
An unexpected—and very welcome—delivery arrived at the Prescott Fire Department this past
week. More than 100 cases of bottled water were donated to our local firefighters as a small
expression of appreciation for their faithful service to our community—work that is often
demanding and too frequently goes unrecognized.
A special thank-you goes to Ms. Judy Galloway, who first approached Pastor Charlie Zumwalt
with the idea and asked if he thought it would be a good one. His response was simple: “If God
is in it, it’s a great idea.”
We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to those who give so much to our community.
