Effective immediately, County Judge Jerry Crane has issued a burn ban for all of Hempstead County until further notice.  This means no outside burning.  

The first Prescott/Nevada County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee was hosted Tuesday (1-6) by Curry’s Community Outreach and Curry Auto Sales at the Nevada County Library.  A good crowd turned for great fellowship and food!
