Cattle Receipts: 1940 Last week: 1781 Last year: 1335
Compared to last week: Feeder steers 2.00-5.00 higher. Feeder heifers steady
to 2.00 higher. Slaughter cows 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 2.00-3.00 lower.
Supply included 1113 feeder calves; 505 yearlings; 45 replacement cows; 245
slaughter cows; 32 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 40 percent
English and English crosses; 36 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 24 percent
Brahman and Brahman crosses. Feeder supply included 58 percent steers and
bulls; 42 percent heifers.
